The CLMS community would like to thank so many parents for attending the 5th to 6th Grade Parent Transition Night held on Wednesday, May 22nd. During that time, parents were able to meet Assistant Principal, Tomeka Howard. They were also given a plethora of information regarding what to expect during the significant first year of middle school as well as all of the resources and supports that are in place. These details were presented by our 6th grade counselor, Stephanie DiNatali. In addition, everything that one needed to know about the WPS technology program was explained to them by our Technology Director, Mark Geer. Lastly, two pertinent members of UCFS, Deb Abby, Therapist and Buster, Therapy Support Animal, joined us to share their role within our WPS community. It was a great turnout and full of enthusiasm for the school year to come. We appreciate everyone’s support and collaboration.
