Must go to CLMS Nurse for forms to participate - 

*Up-to-date physical on file (within last 13 months)

*Parent permission form

*Concussion informed consent form

*Sudden Cardiac informed consent form

Swimming:
Signups are now open for all 6-8^th graders, boys and girls, who want to join the CLMS swim team?  First day is Nov. 26.  All team members need to swim at least a 25 freestyle without stopping.  These are not swim lessons, but a competitive middle school team.  If anyone has any questions please email Coach Arnold at [email protected] 

Boys and Girls Basketball:

Open to 7^th and 8^th Graders only

Tryouts begin - 

• Girls 11/27  & 11/28
• Boys 11/29, 11/30

Wrestling:
Open to all 6^th, 7^th, & 8^th graders

First practice: Coming Soon
