First practice date for the 2023-2024 fall season is Tuesday, September, 12th. Practices are generally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 2:40-3:40pm pm except on meet days when ending time will be dependent upon where the meet is held. (Communication regarding updates/changes will be through the Remind App.)
