CLMS kicked off the second year of the Sandy Hook Promise Wingman program on Monday, October 1st. The Wingman program is an all school mentoring initiative that connects all students with a significant adult and peer. Mr. Ian Hockley, founder of the Wingman program, spoke to the entire school to kickoff this exciting initiative for the 2018-2019 school year. Students enjoyed activities and the day culminated with the making of a whole school butterfly on the field. CLMS staff and students look forward to having weekly mentoring events as part of this program.
